Pied Piper Summer Camp

About the Program

Pied Piper School has been offering a Summer Camp Program since we opened our doors in 1979. Our Summer Camp is designed for children from 18 months through elementary school with an emphasis on fun, play, and sunshine!

Our program is built to be flexible and carefree, because that’s how we believe the summer should be! We run an eight week program, with flexible scheduling so that you have the freedom to choose what works for you. You choose a session (AM, PM, full day or Daycare), you choose how many days per week, and you choose which weeks to attend. Best of all, if you change your mind, you just let us know and we can change the schedule at any time. If your child misses a day of camp for a long weekend trip or a visit from family, make that day up another time!

Scheduling

Half Day AM 9:00 am - 11:45 am

Half Day PM 12:15 pm-3:00 pm

Full Day 9:00 am - 3:00 pm

Daycare Day 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Programs

Music Program

Like our school program, our Summer Camp program involves plenty of music including whole group music twice daily. Kathy plays the piano, or the guitar, and sing and sign along to summer songs!

Sports Program

During the summer, we have a variety of outdoor and indoor recreational activities for our campers to participate in. Outdoors we have a turf field for soccer, baseball, kickball, and any other game you could imagine. We also have a kid sized basketball court, and a bikes and trikes area with cars, bikes, and scooters to ride. Our outdoor space has hula hoops and jump ropes as well as plenty of water based activities.

Water Play

In the summer time, our campers love to cool off with a variety of water activities. We offer multiple sprinklers, a slip and slide, water tables, water squirters and more to keep everyone cool and having fun in the sun!

Indoor and Outdoor Play Areas

Our indoor play areas include age appropriate classrooms with climbing towers, slides, enrichment centers, toys and games. In addition to our sports and water facilities outside, we have four fenced in play yards with a variety of play equipment.

Art Program

Each day we have a new daily craft for students to participate in. These include painting, nature based crafts, sand art, clay, paper art, and cooking projects. In addition, students have the option to participate in coloring pages, word finds, picture searches, and painting during choice play times throughout the day.

Theatre Program

Elementary school aged children have the option to participate in our yearly summer theatre production! The show is voted on by the campers and any camper interested can participate whether that be as an actor, set design, stage crew or prop team. The students take part in the creation of the set, the props and the costumes and enjoy putting on a performance during the last weeks of camp for their fellow campers as well as their family and friends.
